Hours: M - Sat. 9am - 8pm; Sunday 9am - 2 pm Los Compadres Restaurant was founded March 19th,1997 by Janice and Roberto Martinez in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It started off in a little building on Isleta Blvd. In the South Valley. It didn't take very long for the local people to take notice to the delicious Mexican/New Mexican cuisine. People loved the homemade food and homey environment. As Business grew more and more the demand for a bigger and better building was high. After fifteen years of serving in the old building, it was time for change. the location was moved to 2437 Central Ave. Janice and Roberto decided it was time to step aside and let their son Roberto III take over. Though the location and ownership has changed, the great food and hospitality remains the same. The goal is to serve the best food in New Mexico and make customers feel happy and at home.
